Birth Doula Support
As your doula, I will provide informational, emotional, and physical support and be available through e-mail and text from the day you determine I am the right fit for for your birth team until after your baby is born. As my client, you can expect two prenatal visits where we will discuss your birth desires, practice comfort measures, learn early labor signs and the stages of labor, and how your partner and birth team can support you during labor. This package includes:
Complimentary Consultation (45 minutes- virtual or in person)
Birth Plan Visit- This will be our initial prenatal visit where we will discuss your birth preferences.
Comfort Measures- This will be our second prenatal visit and includes up to 2 hours of practicing labor positions, comfort measures such as hip squeezes and counter pressure, and how to prepare for labor. This visit takes place in the comfort of your home.
On Call starting at 37 weeks
Continuous Labor Support
Immediate Postpartum Support up to 2 hours to observe and assist with establishing breastfeeding and ensure you get a good meal
24/7 Text and E-mail support until last Postpartum Visit
2 Postpartum visits (meal of your choice included for one visit)
Investment -$1500 for everything listed.
*Payment plans available and HSA/FSA accepted.
*Accepting United Healthcare and will provide NPI and any other info needed for reimbursement.
*Visits must be scheduled at least a week in advance and is client’s responsibility to communicate their schedule with doula.
*If you desire additional postpartum support, please see packages below.
Birth Doula Support + Postpartum Support
I am confident that this package will prepare you for your birth and help make the transition into parenthood smoother. This includes everything listed in the Birth Doula Support package + 16 hours of Postpartum Support (Ex: 2 overnight shifts of 8 hours each or 4 daytime shifts of 4 hours each, $640 value.)
Investment: $2000
*Payment plans available and HSA/FSA accepted. A detailed invoice will be provided for insurance reimbursement.
*Additional postpartum support can be added starting at $34/hr for overnight, $25/hr for daytime.

Maybe you’re not looking for the whole package… this is for you
Birth Preferences Visit- this includes up to two hours discussing all of your birth preferences and creating a one page pdf outline.
Investment: $150
Comfort Measures Visit:
In this visit, we will spend up to 2 hours discussing ways your partner can support you, practice labor positions and pushing positions, discuss the stages of labor and when to head to your birth place or notify your birth team and more.
Investment: $150
Birth Support: Maybe you’re the type of person who wants support on the big day but you already have an established outline of your preferences and your partner is a pro at supporting you. This option includes unlimited labor support and immediate postpartum support for the first 2 hours after birth and a virtual postpartum check in. It also includes text, phone calls, and email support throughout your pregnancy and up to 6 weeks postpartum. Investment: $800

I offer payment plans and I am willing to work with you. I accept cash, check, PayPal (pay in 4 option), Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, FSA, and HSA. I will also provide whatever information is necessary for your insurance company. Gift Certificate options available. Please feel free to contact me if payment is an issue.
I am an approved provider through Soonercare but will only accept clients that have Soonercare as their primary and only insurance.
