Birth Doula Support
As your doula, I will provide informational, emotional, and physical support and be available through e-mail and text from the day you determine I am the right fit for for your birth team until after your baby is born. As my client, you can expect two prenatal visits where we will discuss your birth desires, complete a comfort measures workshop, learn early labor signs, and so much more. This package includes:
Complimentary Consultation (45 minutes- virtual or in person)
Supporting Arms Workbook -this workbook is full of valuable information and will guide our prenatal visits. It is exclusive to Birth Boot Camp.
Birth Plan Visit- This will be our initial prenatal visit and will be customized to your birth wishes.
Comfort Measures Workshop ($100 value- workbooks included)- This will be our second prenatal visit and includes 4 hours of instruction. This can be in person at one my group workshops or as a private class in your home.
On Call starting at 37 weeks

Immediate Postpartum Support
24/7 Text and E-mail support until last Postpartum Visit
Tuck In Service (New!) - I come to your home when you get home from your birth place and unload your car, prepare a nourishing soup or meal of your choice , and hold baby while you shower and get ready for bed and “tuck” you in for the night. (optional and customizable- for a home birth, I would leave and come back when you’re ready)
2 additional Postpartum Visits (optional)
$50 discount on any BBC Childbirth Class
Investment -$1000 for everything listed. Customized packages start at $250 (birth plan and comfort measures workshop only.)

Birth Doula Support + Education
I am confident that this package will prepare you for your birth and help you feel assured of your decisions. This includes everything listed in the Birth Doula Support package + the 10 week Comprehensive Childbirth Class ($400 value) which includes an online Breastfeeding Class ($50 value.) You have the choice of a private class where I come to your home once a week or you can participate in one of my in person group classes or hybrid class (discount will be applied for group or hybrid option.)
I strongly encourage first time parents to take a comprehensive childbirth class.

Virtual Doula Support
Support makes a difference whether it is in person or virtual. This became apparent to me after I was able to assist a first time mom through text and FaceTime. If I am allowed to be with you in person, I will absolutely be there but I wanted to provide this option because I believe so strongly that any support is better than no support. I also value your health, safety, and personal values and beliefs. I recognize that you may feel the most comfortable with a virtual option.

Payment Options:
I offer payment plans and I am willing to work with you. I accept cash, check, PayPal (pay in 4 option), Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, FSA, and HSA. I will also provide whatever information is necessary for your insurance company. Gift Certificate options available. Please feel free to contact me if payment is an issue.
Covid-19 Information:
I am fully vaccinated as of 9/21/21 and I will happily wear a mask when working with clients. I will also be happy to provide proof of vaccination and a negative test to the hospital if this is your choice of birth place.
